Internal Auditing Underway

As part of our  process of  continuous quality improvement to offer customers the highest level of service, the current round of internal auditing by the College Director is underway.

It’s all part of ensuring our delivery and assessment is excellent, consistent, valid and fair.

Many of the quality improvements we now have in place have arisen from this process... 
eg color notes, pre-course material available on the web,  color exams with photos and diagrams, training DVDs ..etc

The current round of auditing has already identified some great quality initiatives which will appear in our courses shortly.
